Men’s Hand Care Gift Tin

Our Mucky Men’s Hand Care Gift Tin  is for hard working men’s hard working hands. A handy aluminium caddy filled with luxurious products for hard working hands that deserve a little bit of TLC. We make all the products by hand in our Cornish workshop using natural ingredients.

This Men’s Hand Care Gift Tin contains one each of the following four products:

Mucky Men’s Soap:

Our seriously scrubby soap is used by farmers, fishermen, mechanics, farriers and lots of other hard-working men with mucky hands, so nothing namby pamby here! Super-scrubby, deep-cleaning and tough on ground-in dirt and muck. It is also moisturising and soothing, with a clean, fresh herbal scent. We have crammed in every ingredient we could to help those hard-working hands get really clean. Our soap bar comes in 100% recyclable paper.   90g e bar.

Key Ingredients in our Mucky Men’s Hand Soap: 

Ground olive stones and ground pumice: we have added a generous handful to really scrub away the in-ground muck and grime.

Green clay:  added to gently draw out dirt and impurities thus deep-cleaning those mucky hands.

Essential Oils: Tea Tree,  Peppermint, Rosemary and Lemon. They are naturally cleansing and antiseptic. They smell really fresh and zingy.

Aloe Vera, Cornish honey, Goat’s milk and Glycerine: these help our men’s hand soap to soothe and nourish dry, inflamed or irritated skin.

Shea Butter: Richly moisturising and nourishing. This is extracted from the nut of the Mangifolia trees which grow wild in the African Savannah.

Mucky Men’s Hand Cream:

An important part of our Men’s Hand Care Gift Tin this cream is specially formulated for hard-working hands, keeping them nourished, soothed and moisturised. It is rich yet easily absorbed and doesn’t leave a greasy residue. It has a light fragrance with a blend of essential oils carefully chosen for their natural soothing and healing properties. 60g e jar.

Key Ingredients in our Mucky Men’s Hand Cream:

Geranium, Sandalwood and Ylang Ylang essential oils: Used for centuries for their naturally healing and soothing properties. They are especially beneficial to dry, itchy and inflamed skin.

Aloe Vera: This contains over 200 active components including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, polysaccharide, and fatty acids. No wonder it has been used for centuries to soothe and  treat a range of ailments including burns, sunburn, abrasions, itching and inflammation.

Sea Buckthorn Oil (Organic): A rich source of vitamins and minerals, especially vitamins A, C and E. It has been widely used in traditional medicines for generations.

Shea Butter (Organic): Extracted from the nut of the Mangifolia trees which grow wild in the African Savannah. It contains several fatty acids which are needed to retain the skin’s moisture and elasticity.

TLC Barrier Balm;

No Men’s Hand Care Gift Tin would be complete without a tin of our TLC Barrier Balm which is packed with moisturising and nourishing natural ingredients. It’s been carefully formulated to protect and nourish hard working hands. Use this as a protective barrier balm before using irritants or working outside, or as an intense moisturiser on very dry skin. This soft balm will melt on contact with warm skin. Once all the oils and butters have soaked into the skin, the olive wax acts as natural protection to prevent further moisture loss and prevent irritants from touching the skin. We make this with 100% plant-based ingredients.

We have added a carefully selected blend of essential oils chosen for their healing and soothing properties together with nourishing oils including Wheatgerm, Hempseed, Kukui, Vitamin E and Shea and Mango butters.  20g e Aluminium recyclable tin, with a handy slide-lid. 

Note: the TLC balm can also be used to help prevent chafing from running, sailing and other sports.

Key Ingredients in our TLC Balm;

Lavender essential oil: Used widely in skincare for it’s calming, relaxing and skin-soothing properties.

Tea Tree essential oil:  Used for it’s soothing, calming, healing and antiseptic qualities. It is also an effective insect repellent.

Geranium essential oil: Valued for centuries for it’s naturally healing and soothing properties. It helps to ease dry, itchy and inflamed skin.

Roman Chamomile essential oil: Used extensively in skin care products for it’s gentle anti-inflammatory and skin healing properties.

Calendula infusion: To help repair damaged or inflamed skin.

Arnica: Used traditionally for repairing damaged tissue and to reduce inflammation.

Olive wax: A natural vegetable wax which protects the skin from the elements and thus helps to prevent further dryness and chapping.

Wheatgerm oil: This is packed with vitamins and minerals and is widely used for it’s anti-oxidant and regenerative properties.

Hempseed oil: A light, nourishing oil with a unique blend of essential fatty acids, often used to treat eczema.

Kukui Nut Oil: This is an excellent penetrating oil used to soften the skin, soothe chapped skin and minor skin irritations.

Hard-wearing Double-sided Nail Brush:

A nail brush with attitude!  Perfect for cleaning hands and nails after a hard day’s manual work.
A double-sided wooden nail brush with short stiff bristles on one side and longer softer bristles on the other. Made from hard-wearing FSC certified sustainable Beechwood with natural bristles.
