A must for patchouli lovers, we first made our Patchouli Soap as a special order for Richard, a lovely customer who won’t mind us describing him as an ageing hippy! It’s since become one of our best-loved soaps. The earthy, warm scent is instantly recognisable as the much-loved “hippy” scent of the 60’s, and wraps you up in a gentle cloak of mellowness. A very gentle, moisturising soap, we’ve kept the recipe reassuringly simple to concentrate on the most important ingredients- Patchouli, and nourishing Hempseed oil.

Coconut Oil; to give the soap its rich, creamy lather of tiny bubbles. It lathers readily, but also lasts a surprisingly long time.
Patchouli essential oil; Used for centuries as an incense, and also for its disinfectant and insect-repelling properties. The distinctive scent is instantly recognisable, and evokes a mood of warmth, well-being and sensuality.
Hempseed oil; this contains a unique and robust blend of essential fatty acids (EFA) which nourish the skin, and nails, and it’s been used to treat common skin disorders such as eczema, to treat arthritis, and reduce inflammation.
Kaolin; We’ve used a sprinkling of mineral-rich pink clay, to subtly colour the soap, help it glide over the skin, and gently draw out dirt and impurities from the skin.
Full ingredients; Sodium olivate, Sodium cocoate, Aqua (Water), Sodium beeswaxate, Pogostemon cablin (Patchouli) oil, Cannabis sativa (Hemp) seed oil, Kaolin (Pink clay). As with all our soaps, this doesn’t contain Palm oil. (Never has and never will.) Made in a workshop which handles nut oils.Delivery Cost
