Calm Balm

Our Calm Balm has multi-purposes and is made with 100% natural plant-based ingredients making it suitable for vegans. It will soothe, calm and nourish dry or irritated skin and because of this it can be used on skin irritations like eczema, dry skin, insect bites and rashes. It can also be used to soften hard skin such as found on heels and elbows. A little goes a long way and because of it’s multi-purposes it is an essential balm to have in your skin care collection.

We have blended Calendula and Comfrey infusions, Arnica, Rose Geranium and Chamomile essential oils to help soothe the skin. Our blend of nourishing base oils and butters are deeply moisturising and nourishing so they help to restore skin elasticity and repair damaged tissue. These ingredients make its use a good way of treating skin irritations such as eczema.

Key ingredients:

Mango butter: Extracted from the kernel, this is a sweet-smelling soft white butter. It helps to restore and maintain the skin’s moisture and promotes cell regeneration.

Lavender essential oil: Used widely in skincare for it’s calming, relaxing and skin soothing properties.

Geranium essential oil: Used for centuries for it’s naturally healing and skin soothing properties, especially for dry, itchy and inflamed skin.

Roman Chamomile essential oil: Used extensively in skin care products, for it’s gentle anti-inflammatory, skin healing properties.

Calendula infusion: To help repair damaged or inflamed skin.

Arnica: Used traditionally for repairing damaged tissue and to reduce inflammation.

Olive wax: A natural vegetable wax, this protects the skin from the elements and helps to prevent further dryness and chapping.

Marshmallow root oil: Used externally for it’s anti-inflammatory properties because it treats skin irritations, burns, sores, ulcers and wounds. This oil will boost cell immunity.

Olea europaea (Olive) oil, Mangifera indica (Mango butter), Butyrospermum parkii (Shea) fruit butter, Calendula officinalis (Calendula oil), Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow root oil), and Symphytum officinale (Comfrey) oil, infused in Helianthus annus (Sunflower oil), Persea grattissima (Avocado) oil, Argania spinosa (Argan) oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E); Arnica montana (Arnica) oil, Lavandula aungustifolia (Lavender) flower oil, Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium) oil, Anthemis nobilis (Roman chamomile) oil, Rosa Damanscena (Rose absolute) oil.
Naturally occurring in essential oils: Citral, Citronellol, Eugenol, Coumarin, Geranoil, Limonene, Linalool, Farnesol.

Handmade with 100% natural, plant-based ingredients. Made in a workshop which handles nut oils.
