Our dog paw butter is an intense moisturiser for doggie’s dry or chapped paw pads. 100% natural and unscented, it’s gentle enough to be used on puppies, nursing and expectant dogs.
An intense moisturiser for dry or chapped paw pads. To use our dog paw butter, simply massage a pea-sized scoop into doggie’s paw pads to deeply moisturise existing dry, chapped skin, and to prevent further chapping. Use a little and often for maximum effect. Handmade in our Cornish workshop, it’s 100% natural and unscented; so it’s gentle enough to be used on puppies, nursing and expectant dogs.
Key Ingredients in our Dog Paw Butter;
Cocoa Butter; A vegetable fat extracted from the cocoa bean, it’s a wonderful moisturiser for dry, itchy, chapped or sunburned skin.
Shea Butter; Extracted from the nut of the Mangifolia trees which grow wild in the African savannah, this contains several fatty acids which are needed to retain skin moisture and elasticity.
Macadamia Nut Oil; Macadamia oil is a fabulously protective oil with a high absorption rate, which has been used as a healing oil for scars, sunburns, minor wounds and other irritations.
Kukui Nut Oil; An excellent penetrating oil which softens skin and soothes sunburn, chapped skin and other minor skin ailments.
Evening Primrose oil; Used for centuries primarily to relieve the itchiness associated with certain skin conditions (such as eczema and dermatitis).
Avocado oil; A rich source of vitamins A and D, it’s a really effective moisturiser as it penetrates deep into the skin.
Available in two sizes; 60g aluminium tin, or handy 10g pocket-size tin with a slide-lid.
Do not use on broken skin. External use only; try to prevent your dog from licking the butter off before it’s had a chance to fully soak into the skin. Contains nut oils.
