Key Ingredients in our Gardener’s Hand Cream;

Tagete essential oil; An antiseptic and antimicrobial oil, it has a healing effect on wounds and cuts, especially weeping wounds.

English Lavender essential oil; Used widely for its anti-inflammatory, soothing and healing properties. We use a quality English- grown Lavender, with its richly herbal scent.

Chamomile essential oil; Used extensively in skin care products, because it has gentle anti-inflammatory, skin healing properties. It was highly regarded by the ancient Egyptians, who offered it to the Sun God, Ra.

Aloe Vera; This contains over 200 active components including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, polysaccharide, and fatty acids- no wonder it’s been used for centuries to soothe and  treat a range of ailments, including burns, sunburn, abrasions, itching and inflammation.

Sea Buckthorn Oil (Organic); A rich source of vitamins and minerals, especially in vitamins A, C and E. It’s been widely used in traditional medicines for eons.

Shea Butter (Organic); Extracted from the nut of the Mangifolia trees which grow wild in the African Savannah, this contains several fatty acids which are needed to retain the skin’s moisture and elasticity.
