Fizzing Bath Melt Salty Seaweed

Bringing a little bit of the Cornish seaside to bath time. We make these fizzing bath melts with a blend of hand-harvested, Organic Cornish seaweeds – they’re packed with vitamins and minerals which can be absorbed through the skin. We’ve added a sprinkling of sea salt from Cornish waters, a carefully blended selection of natural essential oils to give a fresh, uplifting scent, and oodles of cocoa butter and shea butter which will leave your skin feeling really soft and pampered. To use, simply pop the whole bath melt (pot & all) into a hot running bath and watch the melt slowly dissolve into the water.

Enjoy a lovely long rejuvenating soak but do take care when getting out, as it may make your bath and/or feet a wee bit slippery.

70g e melt presented in a paper souffle cup in a protective clear biodegradable bag and finished with a hand-tied raffia ribbon.

Key Ingredients in our Fizzing Bath Melt Salty Seaweed:

Cocoa butter: A wonderful moisturiser, especially for dry, itchy or chapped skin.

Shea Butter: Contains several fatty acids which are needed to retain skin moisture and elasticity.

Seaweed: The seaweed blend we use in our Salty Seaweed Fizzing Bath Melt contains over 40 vitamins & minerals in high concentrations, and has been used historically for its detoxing properties and as an aid to skin healing. We use very special Organic seaweeds, hand-harvested from clear Cornish waters.

Goat’s Milk: Cleopatra is reputed to have bathed in goat’s milk to maintain her beautifully smooth skin. It contains vitamins A, C, D and some B vitamins, along with amino acids, citric acid, enzymes, unsaturated fatty acids and zinc.

Lemon, Lavender and Rosemary Essential Oils: To give an uplifting, gentle scent.

Citric acid: Combine this with Sodium Bicarbonate, and you get that fabulous bath bomby fizz. Everyone who’s built a volcano at school knows the secret! It’s also a natural anti-oxidant, and gently astringent.

Sodium Bicarbonate: This combines with citric acid to give our Melts their fab fizz! It is also reputed to help balance the skin’s pH.

Our fizzing bath melts are little pots of bath time loveliness; gorgeously scented, they soften the water as they fizz away, adding oodles of cocoa butter to the water, which will leave your skin feeling really soft and pampered.

70g e melt, presented in a paper souffle pot, inside a protective biodegradable bag and finished with a hand-tied raffia ribbon.

To use:

Simply pop the whole pot into a hot running bath and watch the melt slowly mingle with the water. Enjoy a lovely long relaxing soak; but do take care when getting out, as this fizzing bath melt may make your bath and/or feet a wee bit slippery.
